For 5-6 people


  • 2 Linguine packages
  • half a jar of olives cut into rings
  • 3 cans chopped tomatoes
  • 1 large onion finely chopped
  • Half clove garlic (optional) finely minced
  • 500-600g grated Feta cheese
  • 2-3 tablespoons of butter
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Half can Pumaro tomato sauce 70 gr.


Put water to boil in a pot.While we wait, finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté them to wok until translucent.

Put the 3 canned tomatoes and 1/4 cup water. We decrease the fire and mix regularly. When the water is boiled, pour some salt and put the 2 packs of macaroni and count for 8-9 minutes.At the same time, we put half a jar of olives in the sauce and we lower the fire a bit.

Once the macaroni are ready, do not strain them but with a large fork we take them and put them in the wok along with the little water they keep.Mix the sauce with the pasta, add the butter and continue stirring. We add the grated feta cheese, mix it and it’s ready.
